We recognise our responsibility to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains. This statement is made pursuant to section54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps we have taken, and continue to take, to address these risks.

Deltera Healthtech Ltd is a health technology company specialising in digital solutions and systems to optimise private healthcare service provision. We operate primarily in the UK and work with a range of suppliers and partners across the healthcare and technology sectors.

Our Commitment

We are committed to ensuring that:

  • Modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or supply chains.
  • We maintain transparent, fair, and ethical business practices.
  • We comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to labour, human rights, and worker protections.

Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains include providers of software development services, logistics, and professional services. We recognise that certain industries and geographies pose higher risks of labour exploitation, and we are committed to identifying and addressing these risks.

Due Diligence and Risk Management

We will undertake risk assessments of new and existing suppliers to evaluate their compliance with labour and human rights standards. Where risks are identified, we engage with suppliers to ensure corrective action is taken. Where compliance cannot be achieved, we will consider terminating the relationship.

Looking Ahead

In the coming year, Deltera Healthtech Ltd will:

  • Enhance supplier audits and monitoring processes.
  • Raise employee awareness through targeted training.
  • Review our policies and procedures to provide safe, confidential channels for employees and partners to raise concerns
  • Strengthen partnerships with suppliers committed to eradicating modern slavery.
